Stacey Browning led Paycor, the fast-growth SaaS payroll/HCM company. As President, she navigated the business through sales, product and geographic expansion, including client base and product acquisitions and integrations. Today her talent for operationalizing and scaling strategies is helping companies increase performance. 

She is a critical motivator and change agent with leadership experience in multiple domains. A strategist able to make visions reality, Stacey keenly assesses an organizational situation and is able to find and develop key talent.

Currently, Stacey is a Board Director of Al. Neyer, Inc, a prominent commercial real estate developer, a Board Advisor for InfoTrust, a Google Analytics managed service, and through her venture work with CincyTech, serves on the boards of 4 seed-stage investments. In these roles, Stacey helps capitalize and advise companies in domains such as e-commerce, construction, security, HR, and education. Her experience helps businesses formulate and refine go-to-market strategies, including channel partnerships, digital marketing and predictable sales processes and coverage models.  

Stacey earned a BA in Business / Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is active in the community as co-founder of Cincinnati’s Flying Pig Marathon, Committee of 200 member (C200.org), a YWCA Career Woman of Achievement and received a 2019 Technology Visionary Award. She speaks regularly on the topics of scaling businesses, personal branding, and furthering the careers of women in technical leadership. As a Forbes HR Council member, has been featured at Forbes.com.
